July 20 Big Sky Chapter

Dordt is celebrating our number one ranking in student engagement by The Wall Street Journal, the launch of our Pro-Tech program, and our record enrollment. Join Director of Alumni and External Relations Brandon Huisman, Director of Admissions Greg Van Dyke, and fellow Dordt alumni, students, and parents and their families for a picnic, swimming, games, and hiking at Hyalite Pavilion. Dordt will provide the food, drinks, plates, and utensils. Alumni, students, and parents should bring their own picnic blanket or chairs.

When: Thursday, July 20

What: Dinner and an update from the college will start at 6 p.m. You are welcome to enjoy the Hyalite Reservoir area from 5 to 8 p.m.

Where: Hyalite Pavilion, 17 miles south of Bozeman on Hyalite Canyon Road

Directions: From Main Street in Bozeman, travel south on 19th Avenue for seven miles to the paved Hyalite Canyon Road. Turn left and continue approximately nine miles to the Hyalite Day Use parking area. The Pavilion is located at the far end of parking area.

Cost: $5 per adult, kids are free
